A theoretical chemical physicist by training, Prof Mjojo retired as the UNESCO Professor of Engineering & Applied Sciences and Institutional Planner from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal (UDW) in 2000 to start a consulting wing of Fundani Computer Systems. Since then he has led teams of consultants in mega projects, which included development of a Performance Management System based Balanced Scorecard that is integrated with Process Management for the KZN Provincial Government from 2003 – 2006. In the management field, his areas of expertise include Corporate Strategy Development, Enterprise Architecture, Institutional Planning in Higher Education, Student Cohort Analysis-Driven Enrolment Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation based on the World Bank LogFrame and Implementation of Balanced Scorecard Projects in Public & Private Sector Organisations.

Mrs. Lucy Mjojo

Lucy Mjojo is the co-founder and shareholder of Fundani Computer Systems PTY Ltd, and it’s Managing Director since the company’s inception in 1996. She holds a Masters in Business Administration. She is also a member of South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association and Black IT Forum. In addition to serving as a Managing Director, Lucy is a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Architecture, Balanced Scorecard, Process Modelling, Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects, and Integrated Performance Management Systems. She is also a qualified ETQA Assessor.

Mr. McDonald Kambuwa

McDonald joined the company in 2000, then he focused in ICT infrastructure solution sales. Over the years with the company, he has consulted extensively in performance management systems development, BPM and Enterprise Architecture modeling. Prior to his appointment as head of Marketing & Sales in 2009, he headed Corporate Services for 4 years. He is an active member of Black Information Technology Forum.

Dumisani has over 12 years consulting experience in business intelligence, marketing, business process management, Quality Management, Performance management, Enterprise Architecture, Requirements Modeling and business modeling/ planning. Recently, he was a top 5 finalist in Africa's biggest business planning competition.

Mr. Atupele Munde

A self motivated, detail-oriented & organized young man who works efficiently providing client support & technical issue resolutions. He has been working for the company since 2004. He has done server installations and configurations with a range of corporate software. Involved in consulting over years in performance management systems development, systems architecture, process modeling and business intelligence. A QPR qualified administrator and professional consultant, provides you with technical, implementation and consulting services related to the QPR products, solutions and methodologies. He always make sure that you are getting the most out of products by offering high levels of technical support.

Mrs. Kubashini Mjojo

Kubashini has been with the company for eight years. During this time she has progressed, initially from sales and technical support to consulting. Last year she was promoted to lead the newly created portfolio of research and development. This new portfolio is in line with Fundani's new role in the marketplace. The R&D function will develop solutions for Africa's unique management challenges in the 21st century.
